Nie oferujemy pomocy technicznej na inne aplikacje niż PolskaTV. Pomoc techniczna obejmuje jedynie serwis PolskaTV. Do poprawnego odbioru wymagany jest szybki i nielimitowany domowy internet minimum 50mbps. PolskaTV nie działa na bezprzewodowym internecie 5G/LTE. PolskaTV nie działa na terenie Polski.

Dekoder jest częścią pakietu promocyjnego, klient opłaca jedynie koszty wysyłki dekodera (S&H).
Dekoder posiada wbudowany port LAN oraz WiFi [kabel Cat5/6] UWAGA: PODŁĄCZ DEKODER DO INTERNETU ZA POMOCĄ KABLA LAN Cat5/6. Najpewniejsze połączenie do Internetu gwarantowane jest przez kabel LAN. Połączenie WiFi jest niestabilne i niepewne, nie gwarantuje poprawnego odbioru kanałów PolskaTV. Nasz serwis nie poleca podłączania dekoderów do Internetu przez WiFi.

The WiFi connection is unstable and uncertain, it does not guarantee the correct reception of PolskaTV channels. Our service does not recommend connecting decoders to the Internet via WiFi.
We do not offer technical support if the
decoder is connected via WiFi.
